Things are getting exciting!
Today I made Raspberry Lemonade Cupcakes for my mom and her best friend. =) They turned out delicious! I will definetly be making these ones again!

Cupcakes I made for my friend’s birthday it was a surprise birthday party!
They are chocolate cupcakes with a Swiss meringue butter cream. Absolutely delicious!

i think that the recipe may have too much flour in it….3 cups seems like a lot…i think thats the problem….

I have not had much luck with filled cupcakes but we will see with these ones. Because they look absolutely yummy!
Well what a day?! This morning i got a facial and this afternoon CUPCAKES. I was really excited to make these cupcakes, and they came out beautiful!
I made 12 Mini Cupcakes and 6 Full Size Cupcakes

How can one go wrong with Cookie Dough Cupcakes?!
I am going to try to start making cupcakes every Saturday. I was supposed to start a cake decorating class next week but sadly it got cancelled because of low enrollment numbers. I am quite sad about it! Therefore I will be making a different cupcake every Saturday.
*Note to Self: DO NOT EAT ALL CUPCAKES, INVITE FRIENDS OVER…..*

Lovely red velvet cupcakes that I made today! I got the recipe out of the Martha Stewart Cupcakes book. They were a lot simpler than i thought they were going to be! And they are absolutely delicious!
